How to make: Pina Colada

pina colada (dứa cốt dừa)

The piña colada is a sweet, rum-based cocktail made with rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice, usually served either blended or shaken with ice. It may be garnished with a pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry or both. The piña colada has been the official beverage of Puerto Rico since 1978.


  • 1/2 oz sugar syrup (siro đường)
  • 1/2 oz coconut cream (nước cốt dừa)
  • 3 1/2 oz pineapple juice (nước dứa)
  • 1 oz Rum (Barcadi)
  • Malibu dashes (vài giọt Malibu)


Pour 1⁄2 ounces of sugar syrup, 1⁄2 ounces of coconut cream, 3 1⁄2 ounces of pineapple juice, 1 ounces of Barcadi rum and Malibu dashes into a shaker with crushed ice, and shake very well until smooth.
Pour into poco glass, garnish with a slice of pineapple and/or a maraschino cherry.
